Hi, I'm Oliver!
Hi, I’m Oliver Peebles, a dedicated and experienced home inspector with over a decade in the industry—and a deep passion for helping families make confident decisions about their homes.
Before entering the world of home inspections, I served as a decorated Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. military, where I developed the discipline, attention to detail, and integrity that still guide my work today. Since then, I’ve spent more than 10 years inspecting homes, identifying potential issues, and supporting buyers through one of life’s biggest investments.
Along the way, I’ve held key leadership roles, including Training Manager and Inspector Manager at successful inspection firms. I’ve also had the honor of serving as a national InspectionGo Instructor, training and mentoring over 250 home inspectors across the country.
I’m a Licensed Mold Assessor and Licensed Radon Measurement Technician, bringing added value and peace of mind to every inspection. My mission is simple: to provide thorough, honest, and easy-to-understand home inspections that empower you to move forward with clarity and confidence.
